HI,

I'm upgrading my site from 6.2.9 to 8.2, right now my site is tightly coupled with jquery & jquery UI. How can I change the  jquery & jquery UI versions of EVOQ 8.2?

Can anybody advice best solution for this.

Thanks.

you should be able to upgrade jQuery and jQueryUI to a more recent version, but should not downgrade, as DNN or a 3rd party extension may rely on any of the new features.

But the question from 2004 was "HOW"? 14 years later and we are experiencing the same issue with EVOQ 9.2. The admin GUI for changing version of jQuery basically does not work. We tried to downgrade from jQuery 3.2.1 to 2.2.4 and even though the extention GUI shows 2.2.4 the site is still using 3.2.1.

Right now we have a production site on jQuery 1.1.1 and we urgently need to upgrade to fix a security issue. so what do we do?
