I am trying to install a new DotNetNuke on my local machine. When I type in the url http://localhost/dotnetnuke

it takes me to page which is to Upgrade to a newer version and asks for Username and Password.  Where do I find the username and the password? And, why is it forcing me to upgrade and not given an option to bypass the upgrade?

passwords are typically stored hashed or encrypted.
It would be easier to make an existing user a superuser by setting "isSuperuser" flag in Users table for him.
