In earlier versions of DNN there was a setting for  'Host emails'. I cannot find this in DNN 9 and I am having difficulties setting SMTP. As i understand it the email used in Basic authentication in SMTP is the host email.

How do I change this? or check it?

Thank You

Paul

The UI for that has been removed in the Persona bar, I logged the issue here: https://github.com/dnnsoftware/Dnn.Pl...

If I can get some help to understand how the new source packaging from multiple github repositores, I may fix it and submit a pull request to hopully get it fixed in 9.3 , but for now, I am a bit confused and having a hard time getting help. I suggest you follow that issue in the meantime.

Ok, if you need to change it, you can edit it in the database in the HostSettings tables change the email where the SettingName is HostEmail.
