Team,

After downloading source code, compilation success, db configure and setup success. But when I ran the application got below error

DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Skin.GetSkin

The general recommendation is that you should not be trying to recompile DNN unless you have a very good reason.

I would guess that you have some issue in the recompilation.

Instead, use the downloadable install package.

I dont want to work on installation code, I would like to work on complete source code as I need to do customization and create new modules to DNN. So please suggest solution for source code setup process.

You don't require DNN source code to create DNN modules.

You only need the DNN source code if you plan to modify DNN itself.
