When I install DNN 4.0.3 (VS2005 and MS SQL 2005), I have following problem:

Server Error in '/DotNetNuke' Application.

Mutex could not be created.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.InvalidOperationException: Mutex could not be created.

Unauthorized Access Error

Error Details

Error   Access to the path 'd:\inetpub\wwwroot\DotNetNuke\Portals\_default\Logs\LogFailures.xml.resources' is denied. The Windows User Account listed below must have Read/Write Privileges to this path.

I have installed DNN on my computer successful. But every I open Visual Studio to develop and use, I still reveived "Mutex could not created" again and again. What is this problem? What is solution to solve this problem?

This error is fairly self-explanatory:  the required Windows user accounts don't have the proper permissions.  You didn't paste the portion of the error which names the user account, but it would of course be the account which needs permissions.

Please review the permissions pages of the DotNetNuke Installation Guide, which is section 4.
