Hi I'm running DNN 4.3.3.

The only info that ever seems to get displayed in this module is the member section. I never see any thing other than zero in the people online section, or anybody in the online now section.

Note I've set caching for this module as disabled, and show membership/people online/ users online are all ticked in settings.

Does anybody know how I can get this to work properly?

Cheers!!

Alex

You have to go to Host » Schedule

enable the

DotNetNuke.Entities.Users.PurgeUsersOnline, DOTNETNUKE

than UserOnline should work.

Make sure you've actually enabled if AFAIR it's disabled by default. Log in as host, and go to host->host settings, expand out advanced->other settings and ensure the "disable users online" checkbox is cleared.
