I get "You Do Not Have Permission To View The Requested File" using any non-admin account on my portal and do not know how to fix it. Yes, it's a 4.0.3 to 4.3.1 to 4.3.2 to 4.3.3 upgrade and I tried Scott Willhite's scripts to no avail. I also deleted most (not all) entries that had double slashes // in the Folders table. I only left those because they're registerred as isProtected. To top this all off I just found out I cannot create a Child Portal. Any help would be greatly appreciated here.
