I think I got everything setup properly.  I ran the install and it dies half way through.  I captures the last few lines before the install died.  Any help?

this is most likely due to a timeout, remove the largest modules (repository, blog, store, forums) from the install/modules directory, run the installation and install the missing modules in a second step.

Thanks for your help, this solved my problem.  Now, here is the ultimate newbie question, how do I install these modules after the installation is complete?  I logged in as administrator and tried to add module but the forum for example doesn't appear there.  ANy help would be aprpeciated.  Thanks!

either log in as host, and select "upload new module" in host :: module definitions menu item or place the modules into /install/modules folder and call /install/install.aspx?mode=installResources from your browser to start installation.

Thanks for your assistance.  I did the second option of calling the /install/install.aspx?mode=installResources .  Looks like that worked fine.  When I logged in as host to add the module though, I received this error

A critical error has occurred.
Keyword not supported: 'datebase'.

Seems weird..
