Hi,

I had the same problem. This is how i fixed it.

Login as Host
Then under Host menu click portals
then click the pencil icon next to your portal and navigate to the very bottom of the page
you will see a section called "Portal Aliases" click the "Add new http alias" link and add a new alias
And it worked like a charm after that.
