I attempted to upgrade from 3.2.0 to 3.3.4 but received an error "Object reference / in Application" message so I rolled back now I cannot download any of my uploaded documents.

Fixed ... I re-read the installation guide and realized I did not rename the release.config to web.config and copy all the information requested for the upgrade.  Upgrade went successful then I came upon a "You do not have permission to the requested file"  I googled and found that I had to do a new step of changing all the file manager permissions for each portal to "All Users" and grant them access to "View Folder"
