Hey

I've installed the DotNetNuke (4.3.4) Starter Kit on my computer and created a simple DotNetNuke portal in visual web developer. Then I compiled it and ran it for the very first time. No errors so far. After the installation was finished I clicked on the link "Click Here to Access Your Portal". Now, I'm presented with a default portal page. But an error appear in a dialog box:

An exception 'System.CannotUnloadAppDomainException' has occurred in 17dxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
However, no debuggers are registered that can debug this exception. Unable to load JIT debug

I then closed the portal window and went back to vwd, and now I get these compile errors:

Type 'ReportInfo' is not defined
Name 'ReportsController' is not declared.
The 'requirePermission' attribute is not declared

Any suggestion on how to solve these compile errors are very welcome!

I had similar problems.  There are missing files from the starter kit.  Here is how I corrected ReportInfo and ReportsController.  I downloaded the source from this web site, unzipped Reports_4.3.1_Source.zip found in Install\Module folder.  I then copied ReportInfo.vb and ReportsController.vb to the App_Code folder in the solution.  Reports.dnn in the solution folder DesktopModules\Reports is the manifest of the Reports modules files, and gives this info and identifies wher ethe missing files go.  I rebuilt the solution and I was good to go.
