It only works for vb.net projects. Did you choose C#? Change to VB

I have that file as I wrote in my previous message.
I don't have the .zip file which was mentioned by Mark and which gives me the .vscontent file.

I apologize for the misunderstanding.  This is the correct file you need that well create the other zip files.  .vscontent should be ran by double clicking and you will extract  your necessary zip files.
