I just copied te upgrade files (4.0 to 4.3.4) to my website. But when i wanted to put back my old database i get the message that there are processes running. I already stopped MSSQL2005 to release the database, but something else is holding it.

What can i do ?

In SQL Server 2005 Management Studio, Right-Click the database and delete it.  When the Delete Database Dialog box comes up, check the "Close Existing Connection" option and click OK.   Then just restore your database.  If that's too much of a harsh approach for you, run the IISRESET command at the command prompt and then try the restore again.  You may also want to stop the site from IIS as well if it's an active site, but the IISRESET should drop all connections.
