DotNetNuke Upgrade Error

The Assembly Version ( [ASSEMBLYVERSION] ) does not match the Database Version ( [DATABASEVERSION] )

I searched the forum with similar errors, but couldn't find answer for mine problem.

Here is my situation:
Windows XP
NET Framework 2.0
IIS v5.1
SQL Server 2005 Express Edition
Visual Web Developer 2005 Express
DNN folder: C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\dotnetnuke
web link: http://localhost/dotnetnuke

For installation I open DotNetNuke.vscontent in Starter kit and then VWD -> New Web Site -> DNN -> Build project (Ctrl - F5)
Full ASPNET control on "Inetpub", "wwwroot", "dotnetnuke" folder and subfolders.

web.config connection string:

I could not install DNN for a week now, so please help!!!
