Hi everyone

I am a beginner and after read about DNN, I decided to have a go at it. I have downloaded the Docs and the install ZIP files. I have printed the DNN installation file, and have tried to install it according to the manual.

The manual refers to ver 3.x and for the Database it refers to SQL 2000, which I obviously done have. I am running MS Windows XP Pro with IIS installed. I have downloaded MS SQL Express 2005 and I do not see how I can ceate a database to suit the requirements of DNN 4x as explained in the PDF manual DDN Installation Guide.

As I said previously, my question may appear dumb for some of you, but when you are a novice, these things happen. I would appreciate a reply from anyone having gone through similar.

Lastly, I would like to use MS Access instead of MS SQL with DNN 4x. Anybody's help??? please

Thanks

Rachid
