Hi. I recently upgraded from DNN 3.0.12 to 3.3.4

1. I can't log in as admin or host anymore. I had to create a new user account and set it to Super User in the database to get in

2. On trying to upload a new skin I get the following error.

Error: File Upload is currently unavailable.
