I am trying to find the way to have database on SQL Server 2000

I created empty database and configured connection in the web.config but how do I create all the objects?

I installed DotNetNuke.Schema.SqlDataProvider and DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider scripts from starter kit but

they have version 3.1.0 and I have 4.3.4 DNN. I found what I think 26 incremental scripts again in the starter kit from 3.1.0 to 4.3.4 but they fail in multiple places.

Is there a chance to find reliable database script for 4.3.5 version that will work on SQL Server 2000 ?

Is there any other way to resolve this problem?

After you create the empty db, and set the config entries hit the root of your http virtual directory that corrosponds to said site, and the db will be populated during the DNN install process. After than you can create an export of the db structure if you so desire.

Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.AddEventLog'.

Opened Progect in VS2005 press Ctrl F5 in a 2 minuted got the same message.

Opened database it is empty.

Where do I go from here?

You need to start your install process from scratch again, that means that some part of the dnn install thinks its already been installed, either there is stuff in your db already, or some keys were changed on the file system during your first failed attempt.
