Used the CTRL+F5 key to use the default startup for 4.3.5. I'm using visual web developer express and the default mssql that comes with it on a Windows XP professional box.

I got this error:

"Error Creating Control - Form

Unable to cast object of type 'System.Web.UI.Design. HtmlIntrinsicControlDesigner' to type 'System.Web.UI.Design.ControlDesigner'."

What might cause this error? If I start the debugger without debugging, I get the message to delete the app-offline.html file from the root of the application. I haven't done that, because I can't see how that would help.
