So recently I had posted about a problem where I was seeing the Application Pool "Terminate Unexpectedly" on my host server (windows 2003 standard) running Exchange and Sharepoint.  I am not the owner of the server but he allows me access to do what i need to do for hosting a few sites for friends and family.  The results of that termination were w3wp.exe dying every hour or so... Event logs were not any help since htey didn't provide any solid information as to why the failure occured.

I have since done a clean install of 4.3.5 and the same thing happens.  Its an ASP.NET 2.0 issue some where and i am not sure where to look.  I don't know if it is a server issue or a software issue.  What I am certain of is that there is a problem associated with DNN 4x flavor.  I can say this cause i have had a install of 3x running over night and no errors popped up once.

Upgrading to 4x shouldn't have cause issues of this type and I am not sure where to look for the help necessary to solve this issue.  The last thing I can try is to move the site to a web server edition but this entails a monthly cost where right now I am not being charged for hosting services or bandwidth

If someone has simular information to the behavior of DNN 4x I would appreciate it since I don't really want to pull information out of the old db files to use with 3.3.5, what would be nice is to be able to use that database with 3.3.5 if there is a way..
