After upgrading to DotNetNuke I receive an error attempting to login:

An error has occurred.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.PageLoadException: C:\inetpub\wwwroot\NetDialect\Website\Admin\ControlPanel\IconBar.ascx.vb(140): error BC30451: Name 'imgWizardIcon' is not declared. ---> System.Web.HttpCompileException: R:\inetpub\wwwroot\NetDialect\Website\Admin\ControlPanel\IconBar.ascx.vb(140): error BC30451: Name 'imgWizardIcon' is not declared. at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.PostProcessFoundBuildResult(BuildResult result, Boolean keyFromVPP, VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetBuildResultFromCacheInternal(String cacheKey, Boolean keyFromVPP, VirtualPath virtualPath, Int64 hashCode) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultFromCacheInternal(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultInternal(VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultWithNoAssert(HttpContext context, VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile) at System.Web.UI.TemplateControl.LoadControl(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.UI.TemplateControl.LoadControl(String virtualPath) at DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Skin.Page_Init(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.OnInit(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.UserControl.OnInit(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.AddedControl(Control control, Int32 index) at System.Web.UI.ControlCollection.Add(Control child) at DotNetNuke.Framework.DefaultPage.Page_Init(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.OnInit(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Page.OnInit(EventArgs e) at DotNetNuke.Framework.PageBase.OnInit(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Before I received this exception I was getting another exception, which I resolved with this article:
http://www.portalwebhosting.com/support/index.php?x=&mod_id=2&root=5&id=107

What exactly does imgWizardIcon do and why is it throwing a compile exception?

Thanks,
Thomas Goddard

After further digging I've found that 'imgWizardIcon' is SUPPOSED to be a control within the IconBar.axcx, among a few others that are not in there.  I've gone through and commented out imgWizardIcon only to have another exception get thrown from this same control.

I did an upgrade installation from 4.3.5 and did not backup my database so I am  unable to rollback and this error is preventing me from editing my site.  Can one of the developers help with this issue?

Starting to lose it here.  I mean, isn't this a pretty obvious bug or am I missing something here?  It looks like someone forgot to include some controls.

HI read on this forum that the Wizard had been taken out of the 4.3.6 release and replaced by something else. Sound like something was left in though.

I'll try to find the post

Leif

Taken out?  Then why does the codebehind still have references to all of the wizard items?

After commenting out the controls that were in the codebehind and throwing the exceptions I was able to access the site again.  What's up with the icons?  It looks like someone got in there with MS Paint and really made them fugly.
