User-Registration not working properly

We are having Problems with the User-Registration on our Site. The user fills in the Registration-Form, submits it and gets the Confirm-Page and the Confirm E-Mail. But the User seems not to be authenticated, because the Member-Area in the Menu doesn't show up and he gets an 'Access Denied' if he likes to surf the Member-Pages.
But after waiting some Minutes and refreshing the Page (Ctl-F5) the User can see the Menu-Entries for the Member-Area and has Access to the Member-Pages. Very strange.
Same Problem but in different direction:  when a User wants to delete his Account and leave the Community, the logoff isn't recognized by the System and the User is still logged in and has Access to the Member-Pages.

After the User is registered to the Site, there is no Problem logging in and getting access to the Member-Area.

Short Description of our Architecture:
1 Load-Balancer with 4 Webheads, the Load-Balancer sets a Stickybit, so each User remains on his Webhead, 1 DB-Server.
PageBlaster as Caching and Compression Component.
www.elementgirls.de - it's a german Website for only for Girls aged 8 to 16

Even when we turn off PageBlaster and set one Server/Webhead out of the Load-Balancing this Problem occurs.

This is under DNN 3.3.5, with DNN 3.3.2 we didn't have this Problem... does somebody have a clue what could be going on here?
Any Help or Hint is very much appreciated.

Are you using a role for access other than "Registered Users"? These issues are related to the cookie for authentication created and I am assuming that you are seeing this registration problem when your registration is set to Public. If you were to try setting it to Verified I bet you don't see this issue.
