I upgraded my dnn system to 4.3.6.  The upgrade complained about a foreign key not being set up properly.  I have fixed that problem (between files and folder table....deleted some files that didn't have proper folder records).  This still has not fixed my problem.

When i try to access most of the portals, i get a page that says "an error has occured"  the link to that page references this:
tabid=36&error=Data+at+the+root+level+is+invalid.+Line+52%2c+position+16.&content=0

I can look in the sql database and see an entry in the log that says data at the root level is invalid.

nothing tells me where the error is coming from and line 52 position 16 is too specific without the rest of the location.

Can anyone even comment on this problem?  my six portals are down and I am afraid these customers are going to get angry soon.  please help.
