Having been through numerous DNN upgrades over the years, and it's gotten a lot better, there's still one item that nags me.  It would be niice to have a README or other indication in the Upgrade distribution of any version as to whether there are changes in the web.config (release.config) file.  It would save me merging my web.config changes to the release.config file and upgrading if there really are no web.config changes.

And my apologies if this exists, if it does I sure never seem to find it.  The change logs have this information to some extent, but the simple download of an upgrade distribution should have it, especially when the only real changes are security fixes to the code.

Thanks,

Jeff
