It appears as though there may be a problem with the installation using the objectQualifier value. When trying to install a second copy of DNN on the same SqlServer, using the objectQualifier to prepend a string to the table names, I get errors during the installation. Reviewing the logs I see (amongst other things):

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Constraint 'FK_EventLogConfig_EventLogTypes' does not exist.

Most of the other foreign key relationships have the objectQualifier in them. Some of the primary keys are also set up without objectQualifiers. I can provide more information as needed.
