I'm working on downloading DNN 4.4.0 (clean install, no upgrade), and have downloaded the starter kit files here.  After running the DotNetNuke.vscontent file and going thru the Visual Studio Content Installer without any errors.  The DNN documentation shows that once these files are installed, you can use the starter kits in VS2005 by File > New Web Site > DotNetNuke Web Applications, a link under the "My Templates" section (after the Search Online Templates link).

Problem is that, after an install with no errors, I do not have this DNN Web Applications link.  Am I missing a step somewhere?

Thanks in advance...
