Get the following error when I’m upgrade from 3.1.1 to 4.4.0
 
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: CREATE UNIQUE INDEX terminated because a duplicate key was found for index ID 3. Most significant primary key is 'financiële'.
Could not create constraint. See previous errors.
The statement has been terminated.

clear the search tables (follow these instructions) before upgrading or execute the SQL statement at the end of your post ("if not exist...") into SQL box in host menu.

After clearing the tables I didn’t get the error any more, Thank you.
