I have installed DNN 4.4 on pur W2K3 server with SQL Server 2005, I've installed .NET 2.0 and all the updates. Now when I try to run the installation process (mydomain/Install/Install.aspx?mode=Install) I get the following error:

Server Application Unavailable

The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable.  Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser to retry your request.

I'm struggeling trying to find out why... any clue?

Thanks

Could be a problem with your IIS virtual directory.  Is it pointing to the right folder?  It should point to dnnroot/website and not only dnnroot.

Or maybe a permission problem.
