It depends on your network configuration.

Is your PC's port 80 actually exposed to the open internet from your LAN? Do you have a hardware router between your PC and the internet which is doing the necessary NAT to open up port 80 from your desktop or does your PC actually have it's own public IP address and is hence directly connected to the web? If your PC isn't directly accessible from the internet it should be fine to open port 80 for the LAN only.
