One of the portals on my site won't switch skins.  The Admin skin changes, but the regular skin won't.  If I set the container skin on a module, it will pick up the change, but they won't pick up the default container defined in the site settings.  The changes made in site settings are being applied to the database.  I've gone as far as to reboot the server to make sure there wasn't a hard chaching issue.  Other portals in the site aren't having this issue.  I've renamed the custom skin the site was using and it gives the error that it can't find the skin.  Are there other places that Skin information is kept except in the Skins table?  Why does it insist on using the old skin?

Doh!  Nevermind.  It was a 1 page site and for some reason which is beyond me, the page settings had been updated to include the default skin/container as well.
