Suppose I create addition 5 roles for general users. Is it possible to let user to choose their role when they are registering ?

Another question is : Is it possible for administrator to send invitation to some user. And these user can just click some url then become specialize role. (for example, I create some pages for employee. I just need to send some email to ask them to register them they can access these pages when additional setting?)

Hi Penghh
I needed to do this recently.
I bought the UCanUse User Attributes module which allows you to have different registration screens for different users. You can mix native fields and your own. Another very useful abilty is to be able to slave forms to others and split over different containers.

Instances of the module need not be used to register anyone but may be used as forms that can fire actions.
Thus, I was able to build a page to allow members to opt into and out of roles.
Simple, quick and works.  Good support too.

Hope this helps
