I have looked through the directory structure and I just don't get it.  I don't understand how it builds all the pages dynamically.  The portal directory only has a few images.  I would love to see a good customization guide.  Does anyone have one?

Anyway, I need to insert a Javascript tag to the top of every page.  I could put it in an include file or .master page file but I do not see either one.

Any suggestions?

My understanding is the default.aspx is a user control that renders all content associated with tab id's within the portal.  I believe you would want to add your js to your skin file(s).

You could use the text/html module to host your javascript code and make that module show on all pages without the container/module title.
