Can I use form in the Text/HTML module?

like this one:

<form action="http://www.www.www">
  <tr><td style="padding-left: 5px;"> e-mail: <input type=text name=email>
           <input type=submit name="sub" value="subscribe">
  </td></tr>
</form>

It seems the page will have problem if I insert these code?

Is there any other way to do this?

I put forms in the text/html module. Do not use the <form> tags. They will mess things up as you will have nested forms. In you example, just use:

  <tr><td style="padding-left: 5px;"> e-mail: <input type=text name=email>
           <input type=submit name="sub" value="subscribe" onClick="this.form.action='http://www.www.www'>
  </td></tr>

I bolded what you need to add. It works for me.
