Just tried to update my DNN installation from 4.3.7 to 4.1.1 and I'm getting the following error:

Any clues?

Edit: I've restored the previous version and now I'm getting a Windows login box when I try to access the site! Argghhh!

Check your file permissions throughout your directories after unzipping the upgrade.
