I created a new portal and then used the Site Wizard to load a template.  When I look under Admin > Pages I count 30 pages; when I look under Host > Portals it has a page count of 67!  I wanted to create another template from this portal but I don't want to propagate this problem.

Could one of you bright people please tell me what's going on?

Thanks, DNN Noob.

This problem fixed itself.  I was forced to reapply the template (because I screwed up updating the Links module) and the page count corrected itself.  It's strange that no one else seems to have seen this quirk.  Thanks anyway,
