Is there a way to configure dnn 4.4.1 to automatically create a child portal for the user when they register?
I'd like to integrate the dnn registration process such that it creates a new child portal where the registered role has the abiliity to only change their content based on a template I've created.

I suppose I could inject a page in the registration flow to capture registration data and forward to the portal creation piece but I need a way to limit the role to registered user or some other user that I define.

I've tried the onyaktech module but it just seems to have lots of bugs and it's not well integrated to the registration process. e.g. the user registers on your site then creates a totally new user/pass for their portal. Not user friendly.

Any ideas?
