I just upgraded from 3.3.5 to 4.3.7 and I now find that I can't delete folders from the file manager. I tried logging in as Admin or Host or other secondary user accounts that I created with the same level of privs as Admin/Host. What happens is that I created a new folder "Portal Root\X\" to test this and what happens is I get a beep when clicking on the "Delete Folder" Icon. I made sure that the folder I was in was my test folder "Portal Root\X\" as indicated at the bottom of the File Manager's status line. The folder is empty if anyone is thinking that is the problem. What did I miss -- some new setting?

Well... Never mind... It was the SSL VPN that I was logged into creating this issue somehow! Nortel I think?
