My server is in U.S and client(admin) is using the application in UK and when user(subscriber) submits the online form to the site then it displays the timezone of UK, which is set from the admin panel but produce a error that index out of range.and if i select the time zone of US then everything works fine it does not produce any error but again then it displays the timezone of US.How this error could be fixed while displaying the timezone in UK format.

I know in the forum this type of questions would have been discussed before. Your help in any kind would be a great help

AFAIK this is still an issue, that can only be partly addressed by setting the default time zone to server time zone, so at least registered users, that have set their time zone correctly, will be displayed the correct time zone.
