My site is hosted in a different country to my target audience. My target audience never login to the site so the date (displayed under the page links in the default skin) is always displayed as the hosts date.

Is it possible to change the timezone for a guest, or even remove the date entirely.

Thanks

You can set the timezone for your portal under admin > Advanced settings > Other Settings: Portal TimeZone

Users can manage their own timezone on their Profile page.

I've got the same problem.

We're in Australia and our server is in Florida, USA. Our site dates are almost always wrong. when a user log in the date shows the correct date for that user (as per user profile) but the  unauthenticated users always gets the (wrong) server date.

How can we disable/turn the date off?

We would rather have no date than show  a wrong version.

I would really appreciate any help, advice or assistance.

Thank you.

The problem is that this site does not have any authenticated users so the date shown is the server date. Our server is in the USA and the users in New Zealand so it is always a day behind.
