I went into host setting and deleted the following '(?<=[^])\t{2,}|(?<=[>])\s{2,}(?=[<])|(?<=[>])\s{2,11}(?=[<])|(?=[\n])\s{2,}' from the whitespace field in the compression section..... Now I can't get into the website.... Please help.... What do I do? I commented out the compression line in the web.config, and the site then would come up but when you go to the host setting page, you get an error. Don't know what to do. If I knew where that data was stored in the database, I could put the expression above back in.... someone? what should I do?

I did that but still cannot get in unless i comment out the compression part of the web.config. When it is commented out I can get in but the host settings page does not work. It gives the following error:

Error: Host Settings is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Host.HostSettingsModule.BindData() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Host.HostSettingsModule.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Getting desperate!

   System.Web.HttpApplication.ExecuteStep(IExecutionStep step, Boolean& completedSynchronously) +64
