I installed DNN 4.3.7 and wondering how to install a skin. I logged in as Admin and I can't see any link to upload the Skin. I can however see the link when I login as host.

Is it necessary for me to login as a host to upload skins?

I've the DNN book from Wrox and it shows that I can install a skin by logging in as an admin.

Please clarify

When logged in as host go to Host -> Host Settings

There is an option called Skin Upload Permission.  If you change that to portal from host, you can then upload skins as an admin!
