I have this persistant problem with DNN installs on WH4L - it started at 4.3.7 and has persisted through upgrades to 4.5. Anyone have ideas?

Error Msg:

Error: Site Settings is currently unavailable.

Make sure you give NETWORK SERVICE full permissions to the folder you installed into.
