In DNN 4.5 it can assign the page or module permission by per user. But how can I remove a user from the permission list. I only find the add link to add a user? Is there other place to do this?

I have just removed both the checks - then the user seems to be removed.

Uncheck 'edit' permissions and click update. That will remove that user.
