After a fresh install of v4.5.0, not using the Install Wizard, my Admin and SuperUser users are prompted to change their passwords upon initial login.

I found the MSSQL "Users.UpdatePassword" MSSQL table column to be the culprit, as it is now defaulting to "True" for the users that are created upon installation. Previous versions left this column value to "False" by default. The table description shows the default for this column being "False", so this attribute must be being set explicitly now to "True" for some reason.

How can I change UpdatePassword to default to "False", if only for these initial users? I am programmatically configuring my "Install/DotNetNuke.install.config" file to already initially use strong passwords for my users, and it is not reasonable to end up having to change my password after installation. I checked all the config files I could, but see nothing that will change this default.

Please note that a SQL update to change this value for each user is not a viable solution for me, even as a work-around.
