How do I align two modules horizontally within the same pane? I have see sites use the same skin that I am having two different modules side-by-side in the same pane. An example is: http://packages.salaro.net/Default.aspx?alias=packages.salaro.net/topbaby which is the same skin I am using (I just became a daddy!)

On an old-style static HTML page I would have created a table with two columns and added the content to each cell.

Thanks,

Soren,

If someone tells you how to do this correctly, please post here! I would like to know too. I'm trying to embed flash, etc into a table within the text/html module and it isn't working correctly. I'd like to try the two separate modules... and I just don't have the mental model to do it without tables either...

Best,

Katherine

It turnes out that the skin mentioned above has the panes to allow you to align two containers side by side. It has a top, left and right and a bottom pane. The thing was that I had selected to admin skin as the portal skin and it does not have the pane layout mentioned.

Once changed to the indexed skin I got the correct layout. It was my fault just didn't pay attention to the right thing. After doing some research I don't think that there is a way to 'devide' a pane to allow you to have two containers side by side. If you want that you'll have to change the skin.

You have to use a 3rd party module to achieve this (modules in the same pane)- I use DNNAggregator from DNNStuff or the one from ZLDNN (sorry - can't remember what it's called exactly) - check the PokerDIY home page - you'll see modules side by side.
