Just got 4.0.2 up and running....and when i went to the site log feature, go a message that its disabled???

I am the site adminsitrator...

how do I enable it?

 

Your Hosting Provider Has Disabled the Site Log History Feature For Your Portal.

Sorry for posting in the old post but I don't see the answer here. Where in host settings to you enable logging?

First lnk is for Blog module which I am not sure how it is related and second to help files. I can't find my answer in either of those unfortunately.
