Guys I have MS SQL 2000 SP4 installed on a windows server 2003 R2; however I've already made a database named dotnetnuke and an IIS virtual directory, BUT when i connect to the website i receive the following:

Parser Error Message: Unrecognized attribute 'requirePermission'.
the error is in the web.config file the attribute "Requirepermissions" is not declared as visual studio says...

wht am i supposed to do :(??

That should not be a breaking error, I know it shows up in Visual Studio as not supported, but it is, even though the schema doesn't have it listed.

Are you trying to launch the DNN site from Visual Studio or a regular internet browser?  If you are doing it from just within Visual Studio plese try it from your browser (ensure that you have default.aspx listed as a default page.)
