I'm building a site with 4.4.1.  Things are going surprisingly smoothly, except...

My forum is very narrow (about half the width of this one).  It doesn't seem to be a skinning problem.  There's plenty of room for it, and it doesn't go away when I change the skin.  Any idea how to fix this (in non-techno speak, I'm afraid)?

Second - my "Most Recent Blog Entries" - I would like to change the title of this part of the blog module, but I can't.  I have been able to edit every other title to conform with what I want my site to look like.  It looks like the title is being called from a file somewhere, but I haven't been able to find it to edit it.  Anyone know where this is?
