Hi:

I created a portal and filled in the Security Settings info with a username and password. I can't remember the password now. But, when I ask for the password to be sent to me, the portal tells me the username doesn't exist. However, when I go in as the host and look at the portal setting, it shows the username as the administrator.

Is there a way I can change the password? Or, even reset the administrator name? I don't see an option for that anywhere.

If you login as host for the portal, you can then locate the user account and select "Manage Password" from within the profile.  You can reset it there.

Hi - thanks for the response. Unfortunately, I couldn't find my profile in User Accounts. I did find it though by going through Security Roles>Administrators>Manage Users in this Role. Is there a way to get it to show up in User Accounts also? It seems that because I'm not there, I'm not showing up as a user online either.
