if anybody can help me would be great.

I have problem with opt in newsletter module subscription page. the website is hosted by godaddy and the problem is when users try to subscribe to the newsletter the got error message and in the dotnet nuke log viewer i have "InnerException: The transport lost its connection to the server. "  error. The funny thing is, it doesn't happen every time, it is very random.

I conntacted both Data spring and godaddy people but they all pointing to each other. the hosting email setting is working fine right now (it didn't before), i was able to tested and the emails are sent no problem.

on the newsletter email setting i can only have anonymous SMTP authentication, if i switched to NTML setting (as that was same setting for hosting email) i've got following error "The message could not be sent to the SMTP server. The transport error code was 0x80040217. The server response was not available".

If anybody had the same or similar problema and has any kind of answer would be great.
