Absolutely. No success as of yet thou. I'm looking at your Survey Module and I see you are using an asp:Hyperlink object. That is not available in the gridivew. I don't know what to use (button, hyperlinkfield, commandfield). None of the tutorials I've read seem to use gridviews. I need to get beyond this in order to tackle the errors I know I'll have when wiring the View Control to the Edit Control.

the best source for module developement are the tutorials from DNN Core Team member Michael Washington.

Besides have ha look at the Modules from Paul Scarlett, that offer access to external databases as well.

Thanks Joe, Personally, I think this way too but as a beginner maybe I need to take the small steps first. Looking over this code though I'm going to see if I can make it work for me. Thanks again for the help.
